Abstract

In the solar energy utilization used solar module to convert solar energy directly into electrical energy, then electric energy is used to move water pump which utilization for agriculture. One of the factors that influence the optimum power in solar cell module is the climate and the angle of the solar cell module. This study assessed experimentally the influence of the angle of the solar cell module (β), the optimum hour angle (ω) and the number of days (n). In testing is done 2 stages of testing following the movement of the direction of the sun from the angle 75o – 0o and fixed angle of the module of solar cell 20o and 15o.

The experimental results and analyzed using full factorial method indicate that the optimum angle of solar cell module 20o with optimum hour angle of 16o and the number of days 300, with the intensity of solar radiation 1054,99 W / m2, while the sun intensity is the minimum that is at the angle of tilt 15o solar cell module with optimum hour angle of 17o and 301 days of sun radiation 1040,86 W / m2.
